Privacy Policy

FetchTheDeal (“we,” “us”) operates www.fetchthedeal.com, a website that lists price drops and deals at third-party retailers. For anything in this policy, contact us at contact@fetchthedeal.com.

• Outbound click counts. When you click a “Get Deal” button, we log that the deal was clicked, when, the referring page, and your browser's user-agent string. We use this to see which deals people find useful. We do not store your IP address or any account identity with these records, and we have no way to tie a click to you as a person.
• Aggregate page analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites: visitors are counted via a temporary hashed identifier that cannot be traced back to you and is discarded within a day. Details are in Vercel's analytics privacy description.
• Standard hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes requests — including IP addresses — to serve the site and protect it from abuse, per Vercel's privacy policy. We don't use those logs to identify visitors.
• Email you send us. If you contact us, we keep the correspondence to answer you.

• No user accounts, profiles, or sign-ups.
• No advertising networks or cross-site tracking pixels.
• No selling, renting, or sharing of personal information.
• No tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless, and the only cookie the site sets is a login cookie for site administrators.

Deal links take you to third-party retailers, sometimes through affiliate networks (such as Amazon Associates) that may set their own cookies to attribute purchases. Those sites and networks have their own privacy policies — what happens there is governed by them, not us. See our affiliate disclosure for how these links work.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we knowingly collect no personal information from anyone, children included.

Depending on where you live (e.g. California's CCPA or the EU's GDPR), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Because we don't maintain identifiable records about visitors, there is usually nothing to retrieve — but email us at contact@fetchthedeal.com and we'll handle any request.

If our practices change, this page changes with them, along with the date at the top. Material changes will be noted prominently on the site.
